IsDihara at Ambitatterous is having a fabulous Giveaway, but today is the last day to sign up. All you have to do is tat a small snippet of an edging or a doodle or small motif and put it on a 3x5 card to be entered. Just by entering the Giveaway, you will receive a flowering tea. If you win the Giveaway, your tatting will be sent to Mothermark and your tatting may be used on one of the cards she creates. If you haven't been to Mothermark's blog, go check it out. She collects teapots, very unique teapots and she creates cards resembling the teapots. The teapots are pretty awesome as well as the cards she creates.
I have more to blog about, but ran out of time. In my next post I will blog about the Giveaway I won when I entered Clyde The Mad Tatter's Giveaway. He has a slide show of his gardens, which are so beautiful. You really should go check it out. But more on that next time.
Here are the samples I did for IsDihara's Giveaway, just a few edgings and motifs out of Rebecca Jones book.
Happy Tatting!!

Carol, your edgings and motifs are wonderful! Thanks so much for entering them in the giveaway.
Can you send me your mailing address privately so I can send out your flowering teas?
The giveaway will remain open until MIDNIGHT tonight to give other folks a chance to post their entries.
Good luck!
Absolutely beautiful Carol! You tatting girls just amaze me! I thought this contest was such a fun idea.
I am taking some time away from my blog for some personal issues but I am excited to see what fun I can have with wonderful tatting pieces like yours! They seem so difficult, time consuming and just mind boggling to me! I admire you and your talent!
Hugs to you!
Hi Carol!
Such BEAUTIFUL work!!! The bottom two edgings are my favorites. I LOVE the look of a twining vine on the peach and grey edging and the purple and gold edging looks absolutely REGAL!
My daughter has been showing me some of her favorite internet haunts - teenagers find some fun sites. She showed me this one yesterday, so when I brought up your post, of course I thought - FACE!

Carol,
Your tatting is lovely! Those motifs are so pretty - especially that pink and blue insert. Sweet!

I'm amazed at all these giveaways! I was the happy recipient of HDTs from Sherry!
Good luck on your new entries and congrats on your wins.
The tatted motifs are so attractive. It's amazing how color makes them pop! I'll have to get out my Rebecca Jones book!
I've been voting for the Kiski band. I'm intrigued that some bands don't seem to have many votes at all. It seems to be a contest between North Allegheny and Kiski!
Hi Carol
Oh My.... I am so jealous... these pieces are gorgeous. I wish I could Tat!!!!

Carol, these are gorgeous! Good luck, I hope you win! I enlarged the photo so that I could oooh and aaah better, and I have to tell ya, I really love that first edging. You know what it reminds me of? Now, don't laugh. It looks like tiny little babies in blue footie pajamas, all singing with their noses in the air! :D
And congrats on your win. I can't wait to hear more about it.
